![]() Because this tastes like Monster Assault.Ĭheers to KuroNeko, that black cat of a shop, for having these wonderful things in stock. Trip to a very humid summer when I used to get myself a Monster Assault whenever I needed to shop for groceries ( I really hate shopping for groceries). But from the first taste I knew… That memory train from before? Yep, all aboard, we’re having another trip. Beautiful, black, with red markings on it, and words “ Cuba-Libre” that I needed to google, and found out it’s supposedly of rum and cola flavor. So, I was already happy, but there it was, the second can. Which it said on the can, and I didn’t bloody see! Anyway, from that moment on, I slowly sipped the drink, reminiscing of Dragon Age 2 ( Khaos appeared in stores as I was mid-way through the then new game), and summer. It has brought me back in time, when Monster only just appeared in Lithuania, and this new, fourth flavor, was added to the three mains: Monster Khaos. ![]() Upon opening the orange can, and getting a whiff of that distinct orange smell. Out of the four that they had, I knew two, so I took the other two, Cuba-Libre, and an orange can I was told to be of “ tropical” flavors ( it’s not wrong, it just didn’t ring any bells).ĭue to me being as blind as a mole, and the drinks being placed behind the counter ( the man working the cash registry station was very kind, and helpful), I’ve only figured what I got when I was home. Went there, and then almost missed what I came there for, the stuff they don’t sell online, the Energy Drinks, specifically, Monster Energy Drinks. Among the snacks, ramen, spices, drinks, and so on. From a cute cups with your favorite anime characters, to a thick magazine full of BTS articles. Verdict: Looks like my Karin Kuruma in GTA, and I love it.Ī couple days ago I had a chance to visit the physical shop of the imported goods e-store, mainly specializing in the mainstream stuff from Japan, and South Korea. Would’ve done better with a bit of tang or sourness of a grapefruit, and a bit more scent of a rose to it. Which is perfectly fine, it was a magical experience despite it. Pale, dusty pink liquid in a rose-pattern covered can, and a funny little note on the side of it, Ultra Rosa was supposed to taste like roses and grapefruits. Had to put clothes up to dry before package could get dissected, but as that saying goes, to those who wait… Inside there were two cold pink, metallic cans of Monster Ultra Rosa. So, I grabbed my package and teleported home. Which, normally, is a great thing if not for the tiny pomeranian dog sized fucking cloud it blew in, which then turned into an angry yorkie pupper, and started to piss cold water. So I lathered myself in sunscreen and went outside, where wind almost blew me away. Got a little surprised by a text of a package waiting, as no orders were expected. So… In a way, stoneless avocado is indeed a boneless avocado. Verdict: In Lithuanian the pit/stone of the fruits is called “ kaulas, kauliukas” – bone. But this one tastes like ripe yellow plums from grandma’s garden, bursting nectarines that you can’t eat without it dripping down your elbow, and maybe a couple cherries to add something sour, and cut the sweet. Not too sweet, very interesting.Īpparently it tastes of drupes ( so, plums, nectarines, and so on), which was surprising, as I don’t like all that many of those. Calorie and sugar levels are equal to Ultra line. Slightly thicker, closer to juiced, but not juiced, maybe akin to Monarch. In a dark blue can, decorated with nicely contrasting color swirls, hides a whole different world. But like a cousin from a country side, who went to work to America for the summer, it returned changed. ![]() ![]() I thought, well, maybe Hamilton will then return too… And it did. But at some point Doctor disappeared too, with a full on comeback later. Light taste of grapes, not too sweet, refreshing when chilled. Lewis Hamilton Monster was one of my favorites.
